Shipping & Returns
We send all of our hand made products out via our courier service. We will email you with regular updates about your order and as soon as we've posted your order out and when you can expect to receive it.
We send our products all over the UK but we're also happy to send our lovely handmade products farther afield, just send us an email beforehand to arrange postage.
Collections and Drop Offs
If you're local to Southampton you might prefer to collect. Just email us to arrange a collection.
Or we can drop it off to you, whatever is easiest! :)
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns on all standard goods within 14 days of dispatch, simply send it back to us and we can issue you with a full refund for the cost of the product. By standard, we mean that the item has not been modified in any way e.g., colour or size. Sometimes customers ask for bespoke orders such as items in a different size, colour or a new item altogether - we are more than happy to make these for you - however as these items are bespoke, we will not be able to accept returns for these. Please note, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
