We hope these FAQs will answer some common questions BUT if they don't feel free to email us, we're always happy to help.

What colours can you do?

A lot of our customers are big fans of neutrals such as creams, blacks, whites, and the occasional mustard so most of our products are made in those colours however we're always happy to make something in a bespoke shade and often do so on the customer's request. If there's a specific colour you want just email us and we will see what we can do to help!

Can I give you product suggestions or request something completely new?

​

Of course! We're always happy to try something new. We often get customers coming to us with ideas for a product they've been looking for but can't seem to find. We'd be happy to work with you to figure out what it is you're looking for and make it for you. Just email us!

Do you accept returns?

​

We do! But so far after more than two years of running this little shop, we've never had a return. You can see our returns policy here.

How long should I expect to wait for my product to be sent to me?

​

It all depends on what colour yarns we have in stock. If it's a common colour you're ordering it's more likely we'll be able to make it quite quickly (usually within a week). However, if it's a bespoke colour or a super busy period some orders can take a few weeks. We're always happy to give you an estimated wait time if you email us. We're pretty quick to reply too!

Am I able to wash the products?

​

Many of our products can be machine washed in 30 degrees as they're made from 100% cotton yarn. See our washing guide here.

How can I refill a pouffe that's started to lose its shape?

​

Whilst most customers don't need to refill their pouffes as they're pretty sturdy creatures but if your pouffe is in need of some TLC check out our pouffe refill service.
